OK so I have to wait 30 days until my application gets approved from the Department of Insurance of Arizona to become a Bail Enforcement Agent. What I'm trying to figure is 1. Besides cuffs firearm, vest, what other things would I need to get. 2. I have only 1 certificate but I want to earn more for myself. Is there any other certificates that I can get. I only have a certificate in Bail Enforcement and Apprehending Fugitives.

A certification does not guarantee that you will earn more money, experience and apprehension record will establish what you earn. Your state has no real requirements for entry level training, I would suggest that you find a national recognized course and see if it meets your needs. You also need to find a mentor that will allow you to do an on the job training cycle. Becoming streetwise to this type of work is far more important then what you will learn in a class or over the internet.

I had that in mind, I've been looking for a mentor and still looking. I lived on many sides of Chicago so I did learn some street smarts. I was just trying other things that I can study for my profile, but I do see your point so thank you sir.

You might consider obtaining some less-than-lethal defensive options such as an ECD (such as a Taser or Phazzer) and some pepper spray. I would also highly recommend obtaining a quality flashlight, such as a Surefire or Streamlight. Have you considered putting together a Blow-Out Kit? If you need any help with that, simply send me your email address (preferably Gmail, because you will receive all modifications to this document) and I will send a document to you that will help serve as a guide to building your own kit.
