My spidey sense tells me that Mr Romel...is not aware of how things work in NC. I still hear it from time to time when I am having a conversation with someone and I tell them I am a bondsman. That they seem to automatically and unsolicited break out to a fabricated monologue of Hemingway proportions on how they had a friend in the business and they went with him to track down a skip..etc. I swear by the time I can actually get a word in I want to jump off a roof. I just simply inform them of the consequences of their actions. I do not bother going into detail because I can tell from the look on their face that the "Gates are down, The Lights are Flashing but there is no train coming" and they wouldn't listen to me...so I just give them a business card and tell them to call me when they get arrested..lol
