A friend of mine was recently abused by a former boyfriend. She just brought to my attention that he skipped bail in South Carolina. I'm in california. Can someone advise me on what's the procedure getting him back |

Where did the abuse take place? What kind of abuse was it? Where is the skip now? Did the victim call the police? |
