A friend of mine was recently abused by a former boyfriend. She just brought to my attention that he skipped bail in South Carolina. I'm in california. Can someone advise me on what's the procedure getting him back

if you know where he is, contact the jurisdiction he absconded from directly.

Where did the abuse take place?
What kind of abuse was it?
Where is the skip now?
Did the victim call the police?
