Can a bail bondsman pick up someone who has bench warrants? A soon to be ex-wife is leaving with another man since her husband returned but she has some felony warrants that his command is holding him responsible for. The total amount owed is only $4,000 but he doesn't have that kind of money. However if she is picked up for this she would have her family pay it or she would. |

NO ONE can be held accountable for another's Felony Warrants . . . unless that party is hindering apprehension . . . . If he or you know exactly where she is . . . CALL the Authorities (Law Enforcement) |

If the person just has criminal charges pending and has an active arrest warrant / bench warrant and was never released from jail on a Bail Bond.. then the ONLY ones that can arrest this person would be Law Enforcement. |

A bail bondsman can or a Recovery Agent can pick them up. Either one can apprehend. |
