It is not a crime to want to better ones self by venturing out on ones own. When a current company defaults, shuts down (voluntarily or not), or ceases to exist for whatever reason, then the former employees are no longer contractually obligated to anyone; especially when the contracts were founded on a bogus company.

As in any chaotic situation the survivors will find thier own ways of restoring order. Some will resort to unethical, illegal, or unscrupulous business practices. Others will remain professional and attempt to work through things to the best of thier abilities. But when people walk away from the bargaining table then everything is fair game....FREE ENTERPRISE..

Again, it is not uncommon for former employees or contractors to regroup under different umbrellas to build similar outfits. it is not wrong, illegal, immoral, or unethical to solicit free agents and viable contracts from potential clients that were discarded by another company. This is called FREE ENTERPRISE

Furthermore it is not illegal, wrong, or immoral to pursue other lucrative contracts. Yet to some, this seems to give them license to make claims of backstabbing, stealing clients, recruiting former contractors, etc. NO ONE WAS OR HAS BEEN STABBED IN THE BACK, STOLEN FROM, OR WRONGED IN ANY SHAPE FASHION OR MANOR. The clients that I have I secured AFTER others REJECTED them.

Additionally, claims of 1 person "building this or that"; "I did this"...etc are incorrect. It takes a devoted team of professionals to build anything, whether it be a house, car, company, etc. It takes the smooth flow of ideas and hard work on several people's parts. Has any of this credit been disseminated to the public ?..NO.

I started out by myself running a 1man operation out of a converted garage in an older part of town 6 yrs ago. I now have 3 different operations running smoothly moving in different directions. Every day I get answers to questions I have from the pros on this site, as well as non-ssite sources as well. My world consists of lawyers, Leo's, laypeople of all sorts, successful bondsman who own chains of bonding offices in different counties (so they must know what they are doing business wise), etc. Most of you and these other people are responsible for my success to this point. So can I claim that "I built this or that " ?..I can, but it would be a lie....

Life is way too short to squabble over past issues. It is a New Year and New Beginnings. I wish each of you, including those who beleive I have wronged them in some manor, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !

Take care and God Bless,

Ruffin.
