Today one of my team members came home from Iraq --just got a call from JFK in ny my team member and friend John Wallace just got off a flight from iraq-He has been there approx one year as sgt in the us army rangers doing convoy security--When he left here he took a copy of the cmt show about beas that we were involved in--he says hundreds of troops saw it --from ny he is going to bragg for debrief than back to new hampshire some time next week--we will add his pic and bio asap--this helps make it a great holiday season

Hadley fails to mention... John Wallace is "OUR" team member, not just Hadleys. He has 'senior moments' like I do.

I wish I lived along your route of travel, I would have been more than happy to be a part of a car train to get him home. Maybe some of the people on this site that live along that route will step up and help him get home.

I wish you guys the best and hoping that he gets to enjoy his holidays with friends and family.

Just a couple of ideas:

All of the major air freighters also sell limited passenger seats. This is a little known fact. DHL. UPS, FED EX, all have flights along that route. Also the American Red Cross can work wonders in getting military personnel on flights home.

You can also check with any airline employee who gets free travel permits or discounted passes and buy a ticket from them; 1 other option is to use a major credit card...like American Express...You sell them on the fact that you have a returning war hero who's only wish is to be home by 12/24...well you can't buy that kind of PR.

Also try major corporations like pepsi-cola, coca-cola, etc they all have corporate jets.
