I received my third call from a rep at TLO. I decided to call him back this time to see what he had to say.
Now, I know a lot of us know who they are, but for those that do not, TLO is an online investigative database system. However, this company pretty much snubbed the entire Bail Recovery industry when they first got big and hit the market.
So, back to the call. I called back and the guy explained who he was etc. and he wanted to know if I was still interested in their services. I responded by saying "when I was interested in your service, you didn't want my business." His answer was, "yes, I know, but we are offering it to you now." Not even an apology of any kind. I then reminded him how his company snubbed this entire industry and told him I didn't want his business.
I am not the only one on this Forum to have been snubbed by this company.
Now, I am not telling anyone what to do, but I am asking that you boycott TLO and send a message to them so they understand the error of their ways when they ignored and snubbed this great industry and some of this nations best professionals and investigators.
PS - Maybe sometime in the near future NABBI can rattle their feathers too and show them what a great group of people we actually are.

John.
The guy's name is Seth that called me and I told him about their not wanting our business in the past and I wasn't sure I wanted their services now. He called me back the next day and I told him I was busy and his remark was , in a sacastic voice "we are all busy". One thing you don't do with me is call me and catch an attitude, if you do you will get your feelings hurt badly and Seth's feelings were hurt badly.I sometimes work out of my home office and anyone that calls my home with an attitude and I don't care who you are, you will get your feelings hurt. I couldn't care less who use their service, but I won't.

There in lye's my point Bill. They treated us like garbage and now they are offering scraps, like I guess it is OK to give you service now, but we don't care how you were treated then or now.

John,
You are only treating a symptom, but not eradicating the disease. Those sales people could care less. You have to lodge formal complaints with the company owners. Hit them in the wallet so to speak. Chances are, the owners probably aren't even aware of the issue with their sales people.
Do as you wish, but griping about them here wont change anything. You have to go directly to the source.

I not only am griping on here, I've made it perfectly clear yo TLO my thoughts on this as did John. Salepeople don't care? that's how they make their living. The bottom line is affected meaning all know there is a problem. Why do you think they changed their minds about allowing us to buy their service. The bottom line!!! Not because they like us.
