The Department of Insurance got to my case and after being charged there was a Check by fedex at my door and its all good.. Thank you to all the offered insight to thismatter.....
Just as a warning this was in Charlote NC and Elliott Hunter/ Hunters Payless Bailbonds. Stay safe out there...

It's Eliot Hunter and regulatory action by the DOI has been taken. Glad you got this taken care of. Damn shame NCDOI took so long!!
