Greetings and salutations ladies and gentlemen
My name is Dustin D, and I own BullSnake Bail Enforcement in Cedar Rapids Iowa. I have a gentleman who has lost his way to the court house, running around western Illinois. I was wondering if any on in the A.O. would be interested in helping me, help him find his way. Please PM me for more info

Thanks for taking the time to read
Dustin

You won't find anybody here that will hunt in the area you're talking about. It is illegal to hunt there. I get no thrill out of telling you this because I hate to see bondsman lose money. Maybe be creative in getting your skip out of that state where he can be legally apprehended. Best of luck

Take care

Bill is correct.
Make sure that the warrant (if there is one, if there isn't one make sure that one is issued) is entered NCIC. Then once you have assured that step, "Locate" the party in question, and notify "Local" Authorities (along with your Prosecutor). Then let things happen. Make record of each step that you take so that in the event that he or she is not apprehended in time for your appearance to answer in Court that you have something showing that you ARE making a good faith effort. I have yet to run into a Prosecutor that has been unwilling to co-operate when taking these steps. I have done this for a couple of folks that their person has run off to Illinois.
Good Luck !
