I currently attended the Tapba continuing education class. The next step is to register with my local sheriff dept, which is Shelby co in TN. They are telling me I need a notorized letter from every bail bonds company I work for. That's where the problem lies!! I don't not work for a certian company and just starting in the business. Plus they want a letter from EVERY company I'll do work for. Does anyone have any advise or had to deal with this??

Before apprehending an individual who has failed to appear in Tennessee for a Tennessee bonding company, you must have an endorsement from that company if you are not already one of their qualified agents. When you solicit that company for a case, ask them for the letter and have it notarized.
