HGunner, did you get a first name for LT Reddy? There are 2 Reddy's on Lynn. There is one I know better than the other and I can talk to him.
I will also talk to my buddy on the Gang Unit. He is ALREADY on our side.
It may have been the LT peronal opinion.
I will give you a call.

Mass = Trouble for BEA's, I made one arrest there without incident 4 years ago but after learning of the attitude of LEO's there towards BEA's I never again accepted a case involving a recovery in MA.

Since the LT threatened to arrest BEA's just for doing their job maybe he needs a letter advising him that he will be sued and referred to the U.S. Attorneys Office for prosecution should he decide to enforce his own rule of law rather than that of the State when it comes to BEA's.

I was told last evening in Northern Missouri about the same thing. I was told that if I entered the house and they got a call saying that I was un-invited that they would deal with it accordingly. He re-instated his words by telling me do what I wanted even after informing him of TvT. I figured I did not want to push the issue being the holiday was just around the corner and I did not want to spend it in jail.

Even though we "know" the Law is on our side in what we can and can not do, in can be very expensive to prove a point. If LE has a "hard-on" for you, you are toast. You will spend every penny you have ever earned and money thereafter to prove you were right. Is it worth it?

WE are better than that! Even if LE has a "hard-on" for those in the Biz, we can still beat them at their own game. How?

First: Make sure your Skip is entered into your state LE database as being a Wanted Person. If your Skip is wanted on felony charges, make sure your Skip is entered into NCIC.

Second: Once the Skip has been entered into the proper databases, start your scam. LURE the Skip OUTSIDE of the area where LE is hostile to you. The oldest scam of winning something free works everytime! Lure your Skip to a "LE friendly" area.

We have a couple of countys down here in Ga. that is like that if you go there you do not pass go. you go to jail there is one county near Atl if you where anything with a star on it you will go to jail for impersination of a police officer. but alot of the time it is how you present your self. plus it helps if you used to be a cop.

An old adage applies here:

"You might beat the rap but you won't miss the ride downtown."
