The year is starting off great, had a bail call for a $175,000.00 bond, no money, I mean NONE, what can you do for me? The other, A $50,000, we have $200.00, how much can you do the bond for? I told them to wait until the bail review on Monday and call me if they still need help. I will not get into a bidding war on a bond that is weak from the git go, Scared money doesn't make money. I had a call on a $100,000.00 DUI and CDS bond, the lady works for the state, has NO signers, probably does not want anyone else to know, and wants her $10,000 back after she goes to court! I explained it doesn't work like that. Further, I post your bond, you get out and don't have a dime, BS me etc. and I am short...wasn't born yesterday. I would rather not write a bad bond then get hustled when I know better.

Happy New Year!

We get that allllll the time here in Miami.... I always tell them... if I was a RAC (Rent A Center) I would be more then happy to let you pay me $5.00 a week until your 10% Bond is pad in full... but since I am not a RAC .. Its ALL or NOTHING.... sadly you will get some bondsman that would still post the bond .. and then get stiffed and then be hunting them down after the bond goes bad... not for me.. I dont have the time nor the patience...

Well,

I got a call on a $7,500 for brandishing and domestic battery.

Sister works for the S.O., nephew is a Richmond PD officer, defendant works for a very large alarm company. Got all premium up front and just back in time to watch 2nd half of Rose Bowl game.

A small bond but nicely wrapped up.

well staring out OK here . . . wrote (3) today. All under 2500 but that is all good. Momma always told me "how you start the year is how you go thru it" . . .

Tony, those two charges combined here would have only been 5,000.00

So, I was back at the office watching the Rose Bowl when another customer came by.

A mother that wanted to bail out her drunk in public son. So off to Berkeley PD to get him out. Only a $5K bond. But $500 bucks is not bad for 1 hour of work.

If this keeps up, I may soon be as rich as Bill and Scott!
