For those of you that are far more tech savvy than I, a few questions... I am considering an Ipad on the Verizon plan (currently happy and have great service) The one listed have a MIFI that you must purchase and do not list 3G from the Ipad itself. I have seen other versions of the Ipad w/ 3G but internet service is sold separately. I have an unlimited plan for my wireless card (USB) and wonder if there is a port to plug this into the Ipad without having to buy and contract for the MIFI thing. I intend to use the Ipad for down loading college books to, half the price but limited time use, checking on emails and bail clients and some internet surfing. The memory offered is 16G, 32G and 64G and question what is the most commonly acceptable? I don't store or listen to music, and have migrated my business files to Google Docs for access reasons and no crash issues. I would also utilize this for process service updates, also web hosted. Looking for opinions and advice as these are not cheap. Scott |

Mr McLean, I am going to contact my brother about this. I am not tech savy but he is one of the Army's Elite in this stuff. I send all tech questions to him and he walks me through the answer. I will let you know what he says. |

Thanks everyone, I...my wife bought one for me tonight using a business credit card (so you can write it off!) It came with a 3g mifi wireless hotspot and I am considering dropping my USB air card as it is no longer needed. I have to get a Bluetooth receiver for the printer mounted in my truck so I can print off of this thing. There are no USB ports on this thing, that is how thin it is! I think that am in love! Scott |

Well, that is good. I will give you some time with it before contacting you for an opinion. Sorry I didn't get back here with an answer. After the long road trip, I slept a couple of hours but woke up in no shape to conduct myself.....I may as well have had a hangover. Funny how being really tired does that. Anyway, although extremely enjoyable and appreciated, the trip had me "out of pockt" all day and my brother never answered me back. Because of the shape I was in, I didn't call him to force an answer.....and he is family so I could have done that to him |

Scott, Since you are taken requests, I would like a Glock 30 for my CCW if I can get one. Also, a top of the line Skidoo, so we can get into our mountain hideout in the winter, his and hers snow shoes, a Henry 30.06 saddle rifle and finally a Ipad for the Boss. Thanks Mrs Santa. |
