How goes it everyone. My name is Doug and I'm new to the game but eager to learn. I am currently bonding in Fayetteville, NC. I am curious about skip trace software. I see Captira in the forums but are there any other programs that are good to use? This site is informative and well put together. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

Doug, Welcome aboard. I think that I can speak for the older guys and gals on here when I say that there is not 1 database that will meet your needs. You will get comfortable with one and stick with it. I use IRB as well as Masterfiles and that suits my needs quite well. Some of it is familiarization with the products and some is quality of product and the remainder is knowing how to mine the data. The latter is imperative or you will be spending 10 times the money for the same information. Scott |
