Topics: This is an introduction to the industry with certified instructors teaching handcuffing, chemical sprays, and ASP usage.
Course will also discuss Alabama State Laws, UCEA, Alabama Bail Reform Act of 1993, border operations with nieghboring states, and the BEA field in general.
