Has anyone experienced a little glitch when trying to log on to FRN???

Case in Point:

First of all, I am using Mozilla Firefox 3.5.2 browser rather than IE 8.0, so it may be an issue with the browser, anyway....

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, I click on the log in link, my info is correct and password are correct and it says "you are now logged on" and it hesitates for few seconds then it takes me back to the initial page???? which says "log on"...

It took me a while to figure out what was happening. However, if you have experienced this, here is the fix.

Just open your "Tools" menu, go to "Options", go to "Privacy", I unchecked "accept 3rd party cookies", then go to the "show cookies"... scroll down to "fugitive recovery" cookies and delete those cookies.

then just log on again and the glitch should be corrected. I tried using the link on FRN to "Delete all board cookies" but that didn't work?? You could try that first, however.

for some reason, every once in a while there appears to be some cookie that causes this to happen. deleting the cookies on any given site and starting over on that site can refresh and fix a lot of little glitches that take place.

Hope this helps.............. of course......... I am probably the only person that has ever had a problem like this........... I don't usually have problems with my cookies !! 8) 8)

Im having a problem too, although different. When typing a post, if it goes longer than the initial box, I cant see what Im typing. It jumps up and down everytime I hit a key. If I type a letter, it jumps up until the key is released. Makes it hard to type.
