Congrats Andy..:)

Enjoy it while you can..you and anyone else who cares about the 2nd Amendment should look up and read H.R. 45 introduced Jan 6th, 2009.

I've written many, many articles on weapons, ballistics, munitions and tactics on here over the years. So as not to be redundant on this topic, I will just remind everyone of the liabilities, both personal and vicarious, of the calibres, grain loads, bullets etc. that are involved here.

Please remember that "power loads" have extreme penetration powers, i.e. "shoot throughs". That high power load you carry in that powerful .45/.357 magnum (38+p's)/.40/9mm may actually pass through thin walls in apartments, hotels, mobile homes, etc. and strike an innocent bystander.

My personal new favorite ammunition (I carry a FNP9, when I feel its necessary) is made by Hornady, called Critical Defense, and greatly reduces or eliminates "shoot through" while providing excellent penentration and expansion, even through thick clothing, etc. Check it out, I think you'll agree. I've also included a link to FN Manufacturing, for those unfamiliar. In my opinion, this is the best 9mm in its class on the market, and the best I've ever owned.

RW, I will enjoy it, thank you. And no one will take them away from me. They may stop me from buying more, legally, but they will not take them away. They may take my life..... But not my guns. And I mean that sincerely.

Glock, Glock Glock. I have to admit the only thing I've been trained on is a Glock 22, and i can say i can find nothing better, than a .40 Cal Glock. i have been making a tempting look at a Smith and Wesson M&P 40. But the 600 dollar price tag keeps me away.
