This guy got off light.

Him getting re-bailed reminded of a case where I nabbed a skip in PA for a WV Bondsman. The skip had a felony DUI charge but WV would not extradite even from a border state, so he had no risk of being arrested by law enforcement.

My team and I chased this guy for months, he played all sorts of games and even out ran me on foot one day. Finally we got some good intel and grabbed him when he least expected it. On the way to meet the WV bondsman I let him call his girlfriend so she knew where he was going. A short time later I got a call from another Bondsman in WV that was contacted by the girlfriend about bailing him out, he wanted to know when the skip would arrive and if I knew the amount of bail set on the FTA warrant, I filled him in a bit about the skip and even joked that if he bailed him out then he should keepo my tel# so he can hire me when he skips again.

After all that the other Bondsman still bailed him out the same day, with little or no collateral. :roll:
