U.S. Pacific Recovery Services is mourning the loss of one of its own.

Senior Agent Tim Johnson, assigned to our Carolina Fugitive Recovery Division was shot and killed on June 4, 2005 while attempting to apprehend a fugitive who was wanted on 5 arrest warrants including Murder. As he attempted to enter the residence where the fugitive was supposedly frequenting the fugitive opened fire hitting Johnson in the chest. He was not wearing his required ballistic vest.

Johnson leaves a wife and 2 small children.

Please join us in a moment of silence in memory of Senior Agent Johnson

If anyone wishes to send their condolences the e-mail for Robert Anderson at USPRS is below.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Agent Johnson's family and friends as we all mourn this useless loss of life. This is a very sad reminder of what we all face everytime we attempt an apprehension.

I have no use for religion or religious type comments so I'll just say... my most heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends.

Does anyone know where he was killed (city/state). Was the killer caught?

I emailed Robert Anderson earlier today but no reply yet... maybe he's busy but I "assume" there are others who are wondering the same as I am.

Again, and for the last time, does anyone know what city and state Mr. Johnson was murdered in????????????????????????? And did they catch the killer???????????????????????????????
