I think that you guys need to share your secret ! You BOTH look great ! All around me folks are back to getting into shape ! Some are actually a surprise (around here). It is not easy and I admire anyone that gives it an all out effort. I have found a new recipe to take care of the sweet tooth, but not mess up the meal plan.

... well, the second presentation I had to give ... got out of my coat, loosend my tie... what can I say...



Tony was the man of the hour.... presentations were right on tract and gave us all a very good lesson on Interviewing and Interrigations...



Leaving ... Tony got me to the airport about 5 hours ahead of time... so I could hobble to the gate... this airport is rather large... to say the least...



I honestly think I would have enjoyed a Greyhound Bus ride more... we were packed in here like sardines.... what a ride!!!

I may get a few more but this pretty much sums it up... Tony can do the writting and filling in...
