Luvonda, I beg to differ with you. When you are in the military you can and will be held accountable for your dependents, as his wife would be. Further, i believe it is an article 135, failure to control your spouse just to start with.

The issue is that they are damned if they do and damned if they don't. If you smack them you are in trouble if you fail to control them you are in trouble.

Now, Remember we have female soldiers, so they can just as easily be the ones to do the shooting also.
