Ok, with the Holidays now upon us once again, it is also "Open Season" on those really hard to find bad boys n girls.

You know fugitives are like the rest of us. They want to be with thier families during these times. So if you have good addresses on mom's and grandmom's, and you have the time to invest in surveillance, you just might be blessed with an apprehension of a fugitive.

Or, simply wait until Christmas morning until about 7 am or so and just raid mom's house or grandmom's. Chances are "momma's boy" or "daddy's girl" will be there.

Happy Hunting

Ruffin.

You can also run a # of scams during this year. Send a "coupon" to the fugitive's address for a free turkey...state on the coupon he has to show proof of ID, when he shows up to claim it at your local grocery store, you have him.

Another one is to go door to door collecting for charity, there are a number of companies that have "holiday drawings"...you folks get the idea.

Also concert season..if a really hot group is in town that your fugitive may want to hear send him/her a "prize" announcement and have them walk themselves right into your custody.

The sky is the limit here, esp. on one's that are 6 mos to 12 mos or older. They always come home to "Momma".
