Bill, in defense of Kathy, we have had the level of extradition raised to cover the state the defendant is located many times. I am a BA not BEA... of course I do a bit of recovery when my own skip, however, I do not have business liability and in a particular jurisdiction that I work quite often, liability seems to be the deciding factor, not money. I have offered to provide full payment for the return of the fugitive but the DA is not deterred by the cost, only the liability of sending "her" LE to do the pickup... although I probably should have coverage, I do not and have not so far... so, Scott, can you give me any particulars concerning liability coverage?

As for defense of Kathy... no need, I was not questioning here activities... only a general question as to legality and specific state... Texas... where I have had the misfortune of having a skip.... BTW... as seems to be the general rule on these proceedings.... and as I have said in other posts......... there are no rules... each state, each jurisdiction, each county even each officer of the court or LE in general... often make up their own rules in any given situation... laws are laws are laws, but interpretation is the true law.... not as it should be but as it factually is...................
