Why does one race have to have different finding methods than any other. Please consider your wording.

Rick,

I undestand your political correctness, and I also understand the possibility that you may have been offended..if so, then an apology is indeed in order.

However, the "meat" of his question, when phrased correctly, is a legitimate issue with all of us nationwide.

Perhaps more professional terminology could have been used...but hey, everyday is a lesson right ? The day we stop learning, is the day we have died.

In essence, what he is asking is for advice on how to track an illegal alien who has jumped his/her bond ?

Then the normal questions would be asked by us.....what nationality is the skip ? sex ? age ?..etc etc..

Yes, these are important. Every culture, again generally speaking, does have specific characteristics and traits uniquely its own.

So in order to understand our quarry, we must first identify exactly (as much as possible) what it is we are dealing with.

Most people refer to this process as "Profiling"...here I use this technique in terms of an investigative tool...not in reference to any 1 particular race.

Part of profiling is learning everything about your subject as possible:

1) Type of work he/she usually does

2) Manner of dress (including brand and style of shoes)
If you want to know about a person...go out with a lady friend who is a fashion consultant at 1 of your local high end dpt stores and cruise a few bars/restaurants.....she will teach you more about reading/profiling people in that 1 night than you could learn at Quantico or Langley in the same time frame.

3) Smoker's: Brand and type, soft pack or box, lighter's or matches ? etc..each is an insight into the kind of person you are dealing with.

etc etc...I could go on for this list is infinite...but you get the point.

So to find an illegal alien, who is a Hispanic Male between the ages of ? and ?.....

Alot of times I still use index cards, post its, or white boards with timelines, details about the person, maps of known geographical areas subj frequents, etc..and then step back and after awhile you begin to see at least a pattern if not several.

All of these steps are aids in getting a mental picture..i.e. "profile" of your subject.
