International Bounty Hunters Association... is it even real? I saw it on some t-shirts on pimall.com I think... I don't really remember which site. But, I googled it and couldn't find anything. Is this just a made up thing to throw on a shirt and sell to some ignorant newbies?

I've seen some of the same things..to my knowledge there is no such organization.
Kind of hard to be "International" when we are the only country in the world that allows this profession.
Kind of like Mr. Chapman's claim of being "The world's Greatest Bounty Hunter"...
How can anyone make that claim ? Especially when he has never traveled out of the USA to make apprehensions save the 1 time which was an illegal apprehension ?
