The point was not to scare you off of completing your task, but to inform you the proper method of completing your task. You need to move forward and contact the Reservation Police and communicate with them, quietly, professionally and respectfully. Without their cooperation, you will not accomplish your goals. Go and close this case out and file the experience away as an accomplishment. If you walk away from a hurdle, you will fail at this industry.
